CONTACTING USFor us to provide the best service possible for your Internet-related questions and inquiries, please contact us. We strongly recommend that you use our email contacts provided instead of calling BedRyder, Inc. directly. If you wish to call us directly please keep in mind we may not have instant access to your specific questions and may require us to call you back to get the information you are requesting.
BUSINESS HOURSWe are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.  All Internet orders are processed and filled in the order they are received during our normal business hours. We respond to all email messages during normal business hours in the order that they are received.
METHODS OF PAYMENTWe accept the following forms of payment for all Internet orders:                  Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover                  Checks:  Personal, Business Cashiers Checks and Money Orders  (Product ships when check clears the bank)                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
METHODS OF SHIPPINGAll Internet orders will be shipped via FedEx. ground transportation. BedRyder, Inc. reserves the right to select the best carrier for our own requirements unless the customer provides explicit direction. Requests for expedited delivery and delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged accordingly. FedEx will only deliver packages to a physical address and will not deliver to any kind of PO BOX, FPO, or APO address. Credit and debit card orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit or debit cardholder. If the order is placed with a Cashiers Check or Money Order the order will ship to the shipping address provided on the order form by the person that is placing the order. BedRyder, Inc is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided on Money Order or Cashiers Check orders. All credit and debit card information is fully verified for proper billing and cardholder information prior to shipping for security purposes.
PRIVACYBeing a member of the Internet community shouldn't mean that you lose your rights to privacy. It is BedRyder’s policy that we completely honor the privacy of all of our customers and visitors. For this reason, we make the following promises: 1.We will never sell, lease, or otherwise give any of the information about any of our customers to anyone ever. 2. We may very rarely take advantage of our customer database to provide current customers with product information about automotive performance products in which we feel they will be interested. We will immediately honor any request that this service be discontinued. 3. We will not accept or relay any unsolicited commercial email (spam) from any third party to our customers. Any spam received by us is reported to the abuse authority for the particular domain and if the spam persists, the offending mail server is banned from sending additional email to BedRyder.com. 4. We may share information with regulators and law enforcement officials as required by law. 5. We may share information to protect you, BedRyder.com and others against fraud.
LEGALITY & APPROPRIATENESS OF PRODUCTS SOLDBedRyder, Inc. does not guarantee the legality of any products we sell. Some parts sold by BedRyder, Inc  may void the warranty (if any) of the vehicle on which you are installing the parts. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local, state, federal laws, and manufacturers,  before ordering any products from BedRyder, Inc.
INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTSBedRyder Inc. strongly recommends that a trained professional install all parts purchased . Improper installation of any part may void the vehicle warranty, damage the vehicle, and/or cause injury or death.  BedRyder discourages any installation other than that described in the installation instructions.
RIGHT OF SERVICEBedRyder, Inc. reserves the right to refuse sales or service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason without explanation if we feel this is in the best interest of BedRyder, Inc. as a company and its customer base as a whole.     

CHOICE OF LAW, FORUM AND JURISDICTIONThe placing of an order and the shipping of the products requested constitute a contract under law. This contract shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. The courts of Cobb County, Georgia shall be the venue for any action or proceeding with respect to the operation or construction of this contract.

 SHIPPING & ORDER ERRORSIt is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your application prior to the installation of the parts. Please make sure you are ordering the proper parts that fit your application. If you have any questions about your order, or if the description provided about the products is unclear, please contact us before placing your Internet order. BedRyder will accept eligible returns within 30 days of receipt as long as the part is in new condition. Used, installed, electrically operated, non-stocking, or special order parts are not eligible for return to stock. All returns to stock not resulting from an error on the part of BedRyder, Inc. are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on all returned products (including warranty claims) are non-refundable.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact BedRyder, Inc. within 5 business days of delivery date to report missing parts or incomplete shipments. No claims of any kind for product shortage will be honored if filed more than 5 days after the delivery date.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTSRefused shipments (without prior approval) are automatically subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Orders that are undeliverable and re-shipped to the customer are subject to shipping charges (at normal shipping rates) and/or a restocking fee of 20%.

 PRODUCT RETURNS (order that has shipped)To return a product for restocking or warranty claim, email or call us for an RA number. The RA number does not guarantee a replacement or refund of any kind, but only that we will accept the return shipment and will inspect it for restocking or warranty claim. Shipments received that are not recognized as a vendor shipment and that do not have an RA number clearly printed on the outside are refused at the dock-no questions asked.  To return a product to BedRyder, Inc. :             

 1. You must call us at 1-770-846-9067 to get a Return Authorization Number.                                                           2. Ship prepaid via UPS or FedEx ground and retain your tracking number                                                                      3. Shipping and handling charges are  non  refundable                                                                                                          4. Include a copy of your invoice. Product returned by the customer remains the property and responsibility of the customer until it is safely received by us and the customer can document its receipt.

REFUNDSAll approved refunds will be paid either by company check, credit card or account credit. Allow up to 30 business days of refund approval for payment.
